3003 aluminum plate contains manganese alloy elements, so it have the rust-proof characteristics, that is why it as known as "rust -proof aluminum plate 3003 aluminum plates". It has the characteristics of easy welding and corrosion resistance. The main physical characteristics of 3003 aluminum plates: 524MPa, yield strength 455MPa, an extension of 11%, and hardness 150HB.

The 1 series aluminum sheet is also known as pure aluminum plate, which is the most aluminum content in all series, with a purity of more than 99.00% al. Because it does not contain other metal elements, the production process is relatively single, and the price is relatively cheap. It is the most commonly used series in conventional industries. Common Materials of 1xxx series aluminum plate are 1050, 1060, 1100, 1145, etc.
